Standard catalogue enquiries are typically quoted within 3–5 working days after specifications are clear. Mixed or specialty requirements may take longer.
EXW or FOB India as standard options; CFR/CIF and other terms can be considered depending on destination and shipment size.
Advance payment or an acceptable letter of credit is normally required for initial orders. Terms may be reviewed for repeat business.
